How I tend to work

Let’s take international expansion as an example: I start with an assessment of a country or city to understand if the product is a good proposition. Is there a high percentage of the target customers, are they going to be resistant to price? Once that is determined, where is the right location, which other brands do we consider as friends’ and who do we want to be close to?
Then fundamentally how are we going to make this all happen and launch? Should it be directly or through a Franchise partner? If it’s through a partner – who is the correct partner?

The online shopping environment is similar but also somewhat different. It can also be Wholesale but it can also be marketplace, drop-ship or consignment. Which is the correct model? Who are the right partners? I work with all disciplines which need to be considered whether that’s legal, finance, buying, marketing and logistics to help bring your strategy to reality and launch.

With the ever-changing landscape, | want to pass this knowledge to help you build your brand, whether you’re an early stage start-up or a more established business, I’d love to be part of YOUR next stage journey.
